Who we are

Review App provides review-request messaging to local businesses. For business owners who sign up, we're the data controller of your account. For your customers' contact details that you enter, we act as a service provider (processor) — we use that information only to deliver review requests on your behalf.

What we collect

• • Account info: your business name, email, phone, Google listing, billing status.
• • Customer contacts you enter: name, and a phone number and/or email.
• • Message and scan activity used to run and measure the service.

How we use it

Solely to send the review requests you initiate, follow up per your settings, honor opt-outs, and show you results. We do not sell personal information.

Opt-outs are permanent

When someone opts out (STOP by text or unsubscribe by email), we record it and never message them again. We retain opt-out records as a legal obligation even if the related contact data is later deleted.

Retention & deletion

Business owners can request deletion of their customers' contact information at any time; we anonymize it while retaining minimal records required for legal compliance (such as opt-out lists and proof of consent). Contact us through the app to make a request under PIPEDA or applicable state law.

Third parties

We use Supabase (hosting/database), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), PayPal (billing), Cloudflare (delivery), and Google Places (your listing). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
