Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern your use of Review App (“the Service”).
1. The Service
Review App helps you request Google reviews from your customers by text and email, with a QR code and automatic follow-ups. Plans, prices, and limits are shown on our pricing page.
2. Your customers & consent (important)
You represent and warrant that every contact you add is your own genuine customer from the last two years who has agreed to be contacted, and that you have the legal right to send them a review request. You will not upload purchased, rented, or scraped lists. You will not offer incentives in exchange for reviews or condition requests on a positive rating (this is prohibited by the FTC and Google).
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including TCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and state/provincial rules) for the contacts you add. You agree to indemnify and hold Review App harmless from any claim arising out of contacts you added or content you provided.
3. Messaging
Message content and cadence are set by Review App to keep the program compliant. Recipients can opt out at any time (STOP by text, unsubscribe by email); we honor opt-outs immediately and permanently. We enforce quiet hours and per-account sending limits.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your paid period. Trials are free and require no card.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms — including high opt-out or spam-complaint rates — without refund, to protect the messaging service for all customers.
6. Data
We act as a service provider for the customer contact information you enter. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Questions: contact us through the app.
